Congresswoman Erin Houchin, who has been serving Indiana's 9th district since 2023, recently shared insights and experiences through a series of tweets. Representing her constituents in the U.S. Congress, Houchin often engages with local events and national policies.

On March 20, 2025, Congresswoman Houchin reflected on her participation in a community event: "Had a great time at the Civil Air Patrol 126th Falcon Cadet Squadron event at the Armory in New Albany last night! It’s always inspiring to see young leaders committed to service, discipline, and excellence."

Later that day, she commented on an executive order by President Trump regarding educational governance: "President Trump’s executive order to scale down the federal Department of Education will return control of education to the states and local communities. This will empower parents and families to make decisions about students’ education rather than bureaucrats in Washington."

In another post on March 20, Houchin highlighted a personal story featured on her platform: "Michael Grim’s story is one of resilience and strength. After spending months in a foreign prison, he faced unimaginable challenges—but came out stronger. Don't miss this episode of #TheContender. Listen now!"
