Congresswoman Erin Houchin, representing Indiana's 9th district since 2023, has shared her views on education and international affairs through a series of tweets. A former member of the Indiana Senate, Houchin continues to express her political stance and priorities.

On February 18, 2025, Houchin expressed her belief that "Education should be led by the states, not the federal government." She cited Ronald Reagan's perspective: "The Department of Education consumes billions of dollars yet has failed to improve the quality of education in America. The answer is not more bureaucracy."

Two days later, on February 20, 2025, she endorsed Linda McMahon for a leadership role in educational reform. She stated: "If we’re going to change the trajectory of education in America, @Linda_McMahon is exactly the right person to lead the charge."

In another tweet on February 20, 2025, Houchin expressed condolences for victims of violence involving Hamas terrorists. She wrote: "Our hearts break for the families and friends of Oded Lifshitz, Shiri Bibas, and her two young sons, Kfir and Ariel. America has pledged to stand with Israel to eliminate the Hamas terrorists responsible for these horrific murders and so many others."
