NEW ALBANY POLICE – New Hires Join the Force

Four new, New Albany Police Officers just recently completed their academy training and graduation from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy Basic Class 226. They graduated on Friday, May 13th, and will now continue their training locally with the New Albany Police Department. Pictured here are Daniel Thurman, Robert Harrison, Austin Dickey, and Christopher Aldridge. 

Today, Tanner Jennings was sworn in as a New Albany Police Officer. Tanner joins the force after serving with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. His family has a history of law enforcement, and Tanner comes to the New Albany Police Department carrying two Associates Degrees. Tanner is a big music fan, and enjoys playing guitar in his spare time.
