In a tweet from June 11, 2025, Houchin invited her followers to listen to her latest appearance on a podcast where she discussed significant topics. She shared, "Checkout my latest appearance on the @SteakforPodcast where we discussed the LA riots and our One Big, Beautiful Bill."

Also on June 11, 2025, Congresswoman Houchin announced the commencement of an educational initiative for young readers. She tweeted about this effort stating that "The Second Lady Summer Reading Challenge has begun! To get started, download the participation information... The challenge is open to all ages K-8 and will end on September 5, 2025." Participants have an opportunity to win prizes and more.
