On Friday, May 2, former Floyd Central High School standout Max Meyer’s current college team, the Embry-Riddle FL Eagles, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Florida Southern Moccasins.

The game took place at Henley Field. This was their third matchup against the Moccasins this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 6 p.m. at Sliwa Stadium against Eckerd Tritons.
