On Saturday, March 8, former Floyd Central High School standout Max Meyer’s current college team, the Embry-Riddle FL Eagles, won 14-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wayne State Wildcats.

The game took place at Sliwa Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at Richard Gray Sports Complex against USC Beaufort Sand Sharks.
