Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Tuesday, March 17th from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday, March 18th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Schedule your time with the appropriate Sign Up Genius below.
Kindergarten-5th Grade
Parent-Teacher conference meetings should be scheduled with the homeroom teacher. Please sign-up for your preferred time slot with your child’s first name and last initial. Please select only one time slot per child. Conferences are scheduled for 10 minutes. We will do our best to accommodate your choice. If there is a scheduling conflict, we will contact you.
Kindergarten-5th Grade Sign Up Genius
6th-8th Grade
It is hard to believe the 3rd quarter is almost over! The Junior High conducts conferences a bit differently than other levels and we would like to share that plan with you.
Conferences will be made by requested appointment this quarter. Parent-Teacher conference meetings in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade should be scheduled with the subject area teacher with whom you would like to meet. Conferences are not mandatory. If you would like to meet with us, or if we have requested to meet with you, please sign-up for your preferred time slot with your student’s first name and last initial. Please select only one time slot per student per teacher (unless selecting to meet with multiple teachers at the same time.) Conferences are scheduled for 10 minutes and are taking place Tuesday, March 17 from 3:30-5:30 pm and Thursday, March 18th from 5:00-7:30 pm. Though it is not required, your student is encouraged to be present at their conference.
Conference with multiple teachers at once: Sign up for the same two time slots with all the teachers with whom you would like to meet.
Conference individually with one or multiple teachers: Sign up for unique time slots with each teacher with whom you would like to meet.
